slotkaki Terms & Conditions – User Agreement for Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "slotkaki", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the slotkaki platform accessible at slotkaki.one and its associated services.
• "Platform" means the slotkaki website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with slotkaki or who accesses the Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered by slotkaki, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker, and jackpot games.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account maintained by slotkaki on behalf of a Member.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and requirements applicable to the operation of the slotkaki Platform and the conduct of Members.

References to these Terms & Conditions include all documents incorporated by reference, including the slotkaki Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.1 Age Restriction. Registration and use of the slotkaki Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. slotkaki reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using slotkaki is lawful in their jurisdiction. slotkaki makes no representations regarding the legality of its Services in any particular jurisdiction. Members who access the Platform from restricted territories do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 Account Integrity. Each Member may register and maintain only one account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly when it changes. Any account registered with false information, or any duplicate account, may be suspended and any balance therein may be forfeited at slotkaki's sole discretion.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotkaki login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify slotkaki immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. slotkaki shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slotkaki currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Available payment methods are subject to change and slotkaki does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular method.

3.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits made into your slotkaki account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. slotkaki reserves the right to reject any deposit made from a third-party source and to return such funds by reversing the transaction to its origin. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory identity verification (KYC) prior to processing. slotkaki aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; eWallet withdrawals via Touch n Go or Boost typically process within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on banking schedules. slotkaki reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending fraud checks or document verification.

3.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Funds credited as bonuses or promotional rewards are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the applicable promotion. 3.5 Currency. All transactions on the slotkaki Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise indicated.

4.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the slotkaki Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating. In the event of any dispute between a Member and slotkaki regarding game outcomes, the records maintained by slotkaki's gaming systems shall be treated as definitive, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Clause 9.

4.2 System Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects any game or transaction on the slotkaki Platform, slotkaki reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions. No claims shall lie against slotkaki for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct. Members must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or any other conduct that disrupts fair play on the slotkaki Platform. slotkaki reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where such conduct is suspected and to withhold associated balances pending investigation.

4.4 Integrity. Members must not engage in any activity that could be construed as match-fixing, abuse of bonuses, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the slotkaki Platform or its Games. Any suspected abuse will be investigated and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.1 Player Tools. slotkaki is committed to responsible gaming. Members may access deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options directly from their account settings. These tools are available at all times and take effect as specified in the slotkaki Responsible Gaming Policy.

5.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period via their account settings. Once a self-exclusion is activated, slotkaki will take reasonable steps to prevent the Member from accessing gaming services for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests may not be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

5.3 Age Verification. slotkaki maintains strict age verification procedures in accordance with its obligations under applicable international gaming authority standards. The Platform is not intended for and must not be accessed by individuals under 21 years of age.

6.1 Ownership. All content on the slotkaki Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and audio-visual material — is the property of slotkaki or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit Members to copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

6.3 Trademarks. The slotkaki name, logo, and associated brand elements are proprietary marks. No licence to use these marks is granted to Members by these Terms & Conditions.

7.1 General Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotkaki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

7.2 Service Availability. slotkaki does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond slotkaki's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

7.3 Member Responsibility. Members acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that participation in any slotkaki game or bet is entirely voluntary. slotkaki shall not be held responsible for any gambling-related losses incurred by Members.

8.1 Termination by Member. Members may close their slotkaki account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

8.2 Termination by slotkaki. slotkaki reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) a Member has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected; (c) a Member fails to complete required identity verification; or (d) slotkaki is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

8.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all pending bonus entitlements and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited. slotkaki will process any verified balance held in the account in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures.

9.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from a transaction, game outcome, or other matter on the slotkaki Platform, Members should first raise the matter with slotkaki customer support via live chat. slotkaki will investigate and respond to disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

9.2 Records. slotkaki's transaction logs and game records constitute the authoritative record of all Platform activity and shall be relied upon in the resolution of any dispute, except where there is manifest evidence of system error.

9.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute not resolved through slotkaki's internal process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as slotkaki may designate from time to time.

10.1 Right to Amend. slotkaki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the Platform or by email to the registered address on their account.

10.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the slotkaki Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a Member does not agree to any revised terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their account.

10.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms & Conditions was last updated in June 2026. The version published on slotkaki.one shall at all times constitute the binding version.

slotkaki collects, stores, and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, Members consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described therein. slotkaki employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to third parties.

12.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between slotkaki and each Member with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

12.3 Waiver. No failure or delay by slotkaki to exercise any right under these Terms & Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right. A waiver of any particular breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

12.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
